We hope to continue offering our services through a succession plan that ensures continuity of service and expertise and to codify our practices for future employees.
Green Buildings and Service
Cleanbusters uses sustainable cleaning practices in addition to the management best practices identified in the five core sections of the CIMS. The Green Cleaning standards in this policy apply to all of the building's Cleanbusters services. Cleanbusters uses products and machines that are Green Seal Certified. Specifically, Cleanbusters utilizes Enviro Solutions ES65 Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant Cleaner which is diluted and managed through a machine that alters the dilution. All staff are trained on using the chemical mixing dispenser and maintenance is routinely performed on the dispenser to ensure accuracy and precision. In addition, all staff are trained on the usage of machines and the individual green components. As part of the WHMIS training, all staff are also trained in the hazards of this product and appropriate chemical handling, storage, and disposal. Cleanbusters will review the Green Cleaning Policy once annually to evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning products and machines.
Cleanbusters is committed to environmental ethics and is aware of the potential environmental impact of the organization’s services. Rather than using paper products, Cleanbusters seeks to limit paper waste by using reusable cloths while cleaning. In addition, the products used are environmentally safe. Cleanbusters aims to minimize waste and recycle as much as possible. All chemical containers, dispensers, etc. are to be kept and recycled. Cleanbusters is committed to continual improvement in this area and shall review the policy once annually.

Cleanbusters is committed to conducting operations in a manner that maintains continuous safety improvement in the areas of customer and employee health and safety. Cleanbusters conducts operations in accordance with all applicable legislation and regulations. All workers are trained in safe work practices and shall be trained in how to investigate and report near-miss accidents and incidents. The safe work practices shall be reviewed once annually. All workplace injuries that take place will be documented and all precautions will be taken to minimize a recurrence of these injuries.
